In our showroom you can see all the available models and it’s possible to adjust colors and sizes.
CUSTOM
All our rugs are customizable. You can change colors and sizes to make it a perfect match. If you want something special and unique, we can also design on demand. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more info!
RETURNS
Lauv Design does not accept returns. Since we have no stock, every piece is made specially for you. All objects are tailor-made.
In the unlikely case your order arrives damaged, please email us with pictures and we will get back to you.
Because every order is custom made, it takes between 6-8 weeks until you'll receive your rug or mirror.
CARE
Clean your rug regularly with a vacuum. In case of a dirty spot you can absorb the spill with a cloth or towel. If the stain is intense you can use HG rugcleaner for a deep rinse. If you want to refresh your rug, call a professional rug cleaner.
When your rug arrives it is normal that loose hairs will come out. It’s suggested to vacuum a few times in the first weeks. Your rug will arrive in a tight roll, allow your rug to flatten when out of the package.
COLORS
Because we work with natural coloring, it's normal that there are light variations in the colors of our rugs. We try to represent the rugs in the most realistic colors, but beware colors can look different on picture than in real life.
Because wool is a natural product it is normal that colors fade when exposed to the sun. Because this is a process happening over the years you will not notice this
difference.
